The dermatologist I work with told me he cuts one corner off and holds the
trouche in the baby's mouth, letting the baby suck the medicine out of the
trouche.  He says he thinks there's good dispersion because of the activity
the baby goes through doing this.  I haven't tried it yet, but he claims to
have very good results.  I am a little nervous about parents letting go of
the trouche and the baby swallowing or inhaling it, but perhaps this is
only because I haven't tried it.
