I've called directly to the school nurse and made arrangements for mom to be
able to pump in the nurse's office.  Has worked well.
Another reason I encourage young moms to nurse is so that the baby will be
hers, not her mom's.  When they all live together, it is so easy for the
teen to go right back to school and her mom just takes over :-(  Then when
teen mom goes out on her own, frequently Grandmom has a big problem giving
up grandchild.  I've seen court cases and very damaged feelings/family
relationships happen in situations like this.
