I have knitted many a breast. Some with flat nipples, some inverted, and
most in funky earth tones.  I just make up the pattern as I go along and
they all turn out quite as individual as the real thing! A hint: add a
marble in the stuffing if you want a moveable plugged duct. I have never
sold them but given some away as gifts.( to other LC's of course) If anyone
