There does seem to be a connection between visual acuity and the hormones
of breastfeeding for some women.  You could do a search of the Archives, as
we discussed the last year, with a lot of anectotal posts.

Perhaps if this mother knew of the benefits to her child of continuing
breastfeeding, a stronger lens prescription would be more appealing.
