   I would consider asking for a dermatology consult.  Kathleen Huggins wrote
a fine article detailing twenty cases of sore nipples. I think in JHL. A
significant number resolved after evaluation by a dermatologist --especially
after the failure of adequately treated thrush type pain.  Just a thought.
