According to Mayo Clinic (via Google) these meds are only available in US from CDC.  Sounds like an excellent question for Tom Hale at Infant Risk Center.  Wjhole thing sounds pretty scarey.  How old is baby?  Seems mother to fetus is a possible route of transmission. :-(  Pat in SNJ
