I had a case similar to this the allergy turned out to be to soap, primarily
the dish soap mom used on her hands and on the bottle nipples. she had to
stop all soap in her life and use vinegar in the dishes, fragrance free
bleach in small amounts in the laundry and cetaphyll on her person.
