We have a mom in our practice who has breastfeed triplets. Identical
girls born premature at 34 weeks and exclusively breastfeed until 6
months (gestational ) age.

I have talked to the mom and she would be happy to talk to your patient.
Please forward me your phone number or the mothers phone and I will pass
it on to the our mother.
