While we are on the subject of premies and the entire "its easier on the baby to bottle feed" thing, I could use a quick reference to print about the changes in respiratory and cardiac rhythm with formula/bottle feeding vs breastfeeding. That mom I spoke of earlier is really concerned that her baby is being bottle fed tonight instead of supplemented at the breast, or just breastfed. She has good expressed breastmilk, and she wants to supplement at the breast with it in the NICU but the doctor wants her to bottle feed only tonight. Is there something I can print off for her? I am not near my office and tried to search the archives but I am low on time. Thank you,
