Yes.  What he is referring to is the Prolacta substitute for HMF that is
made from human milk.  Check out the research article on prolacta.com.
It is not long-term enough or large enough to give outcomes for NEC.
But it is intriguing.

Subject: Concentrated Human Breastmilk

Our Neonatologist approached me today reguarding Concentrated
Breastmilk. I have approached him before about using HMBANA for our NICU
babies with no interest from him. So, when he mentioned this I am
jumping at the opportunity to educate him. He was referring to Banked
milk, but he didn't think it was concentrated from just adding Human
Milk Fortifier at bedside. Is this something the milk bank is creating?
Where should I look for more info? I didn't see anything on the HMBANA
site at quick glance. Any thoughts appreciated?
