I agree with the posting of possible emotional involvement... the
women who I have worked with who have had mer difficulties have all had some
major "emotional" issues that they were tangling with.

         I do not think that we need to necessarily discuss the issues as this
is outside of the scope of our proactice BUT sometimes acknowledging that
issues exist and must be conforonted gives a mom a direction to go in.
