Gabapentin:
Study by manufacturer shows a milk:plasma ratio of 0.73.  No reports of
adverse effects.  Use with caution and monitor for possible adverse effects.
Bar-Oz, Nulman I, Koren G, Ito S. Anticonvulsants and breast feeding: a
critical review. Poediatr Drugs 2000;2:113-26.
Hagg S, Spigset O. Anticonvulsant use during lactation. Drug Safety
2000;22:425-40.

Topiramate:
Milk:plasma ratio 0.86 for 5 mothers taking up to 400mg/day.  Breastfed
infants had very low concentrations.  No adverse effects observed.
