Thank you so much, Sharon for sharing your incredibly well balanced view
point.
As I said in a recent FB post. I TRULY believe that every mother wants the
best
for her babies.  It's just that what mom see's as best for her family may
be different
from what we or someone else thinks is best..doesn't make it wrong
necessarily. Of course education never hurts :-) But even with that her
choice may be different and
may be based on a lot of particulars that are unknown to an onlooker..no
one has the
right to judge and if the assumption is that she is doing the best she can
you won't feel the need to judge either.

Just an aside in comparing risky sports though the child has a say in
participating..not
so with being fed as a baby...it's the mom making the choice (if she has
one) for the baby and there in lies the rub and the responsibility.
