Pat -- I completely agree w/ you on the timing of circs interfering w/ bf.
When the parents wait until later, do you know where they are being done?  In
our facility, the OBs do the circs -- do you know if the OB does them or who?
 And if they are done later where and who?  I do know of one family practice
doc who used to do them in his office -- had all the equipment, but I'm not
sure where it would be done if it were done "later."
