Just catching up with Lactnet after three days off with the Columbus Day
holiday.  Saw comment Dr. Newman made about NSAIDs and Hale.
Here is my two cents worth:
NSAIDs of choice for breastfeeding mothers to take:

Diflofenac (Cataflam, Voltaren)
Fenoprofen (Nalfon)
Flurbiprofen (Ansaid, Ocufen)
Ibuprofen (Motrin, Advil)
Ketoprofen (Toradol)

As for nabumetone (Relafen), use one of the above as first choice.  As you can
see, there are other NSAIDs that are a better choice other than ibuprofen.
