Is there any data or consensus on the strength of the fenugreek
capsules? While there have been many posts recommending the number
of caps to take I haven't seen any that mention the strength. (I apologize
if it was posted and I missed it...) I went into a store and was surprised
to find wide variation in the strength of the caps. This could mean 15
caps a day of one strength could be equal to 30 of another, etc.
