   unasyn is ampicillin sodium/silbactam sodium... an injecta ble
antibacterial comsisting of semisynthetic ampicillin sodiam and the beta
lactamease inhibitor sulbacam sodium....

   from pdr: low concentration of amicillin and slbactam are extcreted into
milk, therefore castion shoule be exercised...

     to me, a layman, this is no different than other antibiotics or the
caution....

   hopefully one of our pharacists will assit... nitroprusside is a
antihypertensive it relaxes smooth muscles and dialtes paeriferal ateries and
veins. its metabloite is thiocyanate and is eliminated in the urine. the
cyanide does bind to plasma.....
