The fexofenadine (Allegra) should be fine, but little is known about it in
breastfeeding mothers.

Omeprazole (Prilosec) is no problem at all. It does not get absorbed from
the gut. For patients, it is wrapped in "tiny time capsules" to protect it
from destruction in the mother's stomach. But the small amount the baby
gets does not include the protection.
