Me, too! :-)

That's a big step! I haven't gotten there yet, despite a conservative and
non-threatening approach to change and education with staff members and
physicians, a master's in nutrition based on breastfeeding research, a CLE
and IBCLC. Could it be because I'm a woman ? (we have a local culture here
which is strongly patriarchal in its authority-perceptions and power-base).
Or because I'm research (i.e. university) based in a non-teaching
hospital? Or because my approach is too non-confrontative? Or a
combination of factors? I expect respect will happen with time--I do see
progress.

What have you ordered? I haven't ordered any materials yet.
