Alexandra writes,

<< She says that if she bumps or bruises her
breast in any way the next day she will have a plugged duct there. >>

Physiologically, and in light of Jean Cotterman's posts which always get me
thinking, I wonder if moms whose breasts are "lean", don't have alot of fatty
tissue surrounding ducts, would be more prone to outside forces-trauma, sleep
position-affecting ductal structure? Jean, any thoughts?
