>1) Dr. Greene is a HUGE breastfeeding advocate.

Is he very tall? (sorry couldn't resist)

>2) We do work with Mead Johnson.

I do not believe there is any excuse for this. Ever. He is on their payroll.

>None of the content on DrGreene.com was commissioned or sponsored by Mead
>Johnson. In fact, they invited him to be their spokesperson BECAUSE of what he
>had already written.

I think that says it all. They didn't even NEED to "commission" his writing,
it was already good enough for them. Bleh. We just don't know enough about
formulas to go around recommending any certain one. And even less os known
about this experiment in DHA/microalgae additives.

"For the benefit of those babies who can not breastfeed..." is a red
herring. We do not know exactly which babies "can not" breastfeed, those who
are simply denied breastmilk and those whose mothers fall for slick
marketing and the bombardment of undermining influences, starting with
doctors who tout artificial milks. So many mothers are *cheated* out of
breastfeeding by what amounts to a massive disinformation campaign - it adds
insult to injury to call their babies those who "can not breastfeed".

p.s. what benefits babies is breastmilk. not just formula with fewer faults.
why are milk banks closing?
