Lawrence, to no avail; I should have have thought to look in Newman's book...
This mom did start with nipple trauma; we delt with latch problems and with
thrush (or superficial mammary candidosis as Kirsten labeled it in her
session  at ILCA - I really like this terminology) with diflucan x4 weeks and
GV, and concurrent tx for baby, but the pain continued. When mom mentioned
the nipple blanching we took another look...
