I am thinking this is either congested engorged breasts, or more likely,
trauma from pumping. I would recommend gentle hand expression if needed.
Discontinue the pump and keep a close eye on it to see that it resolves. The
rose colored milk I would not find that unusual and is usually described as
"rusty pipe" syndrome.
