Has her milk ever been cultured? Clean catch specimen. Don't know if
valuable now because she's been on antibiotics, but maybe needs to see what
antibiotic would be the right one. When she got engorged with shooting,
stabbing pain bilaterally (during 6th month of pregnancy) this could have
been a bacterial infection.
