With a bad family hx, my niece had prophylactic bilat  surgery  about 6
years ago.  I understand why she did it on an intellectual level, on an
emotional level I grieved with her.  It wasn't a decision lightly made. I
feel   deeply for any woman that has to  make such a decision.  Sincerely,
