The whole slant of the "Baby Your Breasts" piece is that breastfeeding is
painful and will damage your breasts. At least the mother in the picture
is not biting her lip and grimacing!  Some of the recommendations are
outdated as well. The person who wrote this information may not be
familiar with current breastfeeding management or perhaps had a very
negative breastfeeding experience.  I recommend that you contact an
internationally board certified lactation consultant (IBCLC) to revise
this piece. IBCLC's are members of the health care team who specialize in
assisting breastfeeding families.  The professional organization for
IBCLC's is ILCA, the International Lactation Consultant Assn. They would
