When doing a breast exam, I teach landmarks and bse at the same time.  I find
this empowers the woman, rather than making her feel scrutinized.  The tail of
Spence is an important landmark for lc's to point out: tight bras can often
cause plugged ducts in the axillary tail.  Thanks for bringing the subject up.
