I had a similar situation and had success starting the mom on Reglan
(Metoclopramide) 10 mg by mouth three times a day for about a week, and
then she weaned off of it.  I believe the baby was about 3 or 4 months old
at the time.  The last time I saw her 14 months old, she was still nursing.
