Just thought I would share some information straight from KF re; bag balm and
why it is not in her book on products. It is clearly stated on the "can"
that this product is not intended for human use and liability issues prevent
the inclusion of this product in the book. Those of who have attended the
UCLA CLE course know that she does mention and demonstrate this product in
class. By demonstrate, I mean that she offers a "taste" to a student to
illustrate how babies feel when they taste something icky on the nipple.
I will look for the piece on products that was included in the CLE workbooks
I have (as I have attended many, the one where earned my certificate was in
88) and will share the mention with those who would like to privately e-mail
me.
