As far as I know, there has never been a documented case of breast milk
jaundice causing a case of kernicterus.  So once you have established that
it is indeed bm jaundice, ie not elevated direct bili, liver functions OK,
no hemolysis, thriving baby, etc, then treat baby as normal and ignore
jaundice.  Don't do repeated bili's as no point in testing for something you
aren't going to treat!!!
It will resolve ~ 4-8 wks and nothing more to do.  Bris on 8th day as usual,
providing all else is well.

I see this VERY frequently in Native American population.
