I have had a  great reduction in sales of the PNS and not much of an
increasr in rentals. Im looking forward to some competion from some
other quality pump companies for an alternative. I LOVE the PNS but the
new price sucks. The moms I have shown it to say , But I dont want/need
all that extra stuff....... sigh...........
