First, I agree with the others to check that food diary with a fine tooth
comb. Not only does margarine have dairy, so does non dairy creamers and soy
cheese! Remind the mother that soy is also a very common food to be allergic
to. I specialize in vegetarian nutrition and have found many folks become
sensitive to soy once they start using much more of it. This is one reason to
not totally switch to the soy ABM.

Re: kindercal- I have a question- how to the cals per ml compare between
kindercal and hindmilk? Would marathon nursing sessions give the kid as many
Kcals as the supplement?
