This is a forwarded question. I have worked with adoptive moms before but
this has not arison.

" A potential adoptive mother of a newborn due mid-February called yesterday.
She began pumping at the beginning of January and has colostrum already,
lucky. Her question: should she use the supplementer at the first attempt
to breastfeed the baby and if yes, what should be in the supplementer?" This
mom will be present at the birth, the first attempt to breastfeed will
probably take place immediately. Donated breastmilk is available, I don't
know in what quantity.

So... what does the collective wisdom recommend.
