nystatin 100,000 units/ml ointment (5 grams)
clotrimazole 10% (this is the vaginal cream) (5 grams)
 0.1% betamethasone ointment (5 grams)

Correction: According to Jack, it is supposed to be 10% Clotrimazole.  This
is not available in the US, so he tells me to just use the other three
ingredients.
