Crystal, when we passed our law last year in Indiana, the info we gave
to the committee in a hearing on the bill was about women who had been
embarrassed/asked to leave someplace in the state because they were
breastfeeding.  We put the word out to LLL groups all over the state and
had several women come and testify about an incident which they had
experienced and a houseful come to show support.  There was still a
congressman who said he didn't think we needed a LAW, but it passed
nonetheless.  You don't have to have someone arrested to need a law!
