Karyn-grace, I just Googled "breastfeeding bill of rights" and found several leads. Also, specific to multiples are: 

Leonard LG (2003). Breastfeeding rights of multiple birth families and guidelines for health professionals. Twin Research, 6(1), 34-45. 

Malmstrom P & Eaves L (1998). Declaration of rights and statement of needs of twins and higher order multiples. Twin Research, 1(1), 52-55. (includes some BF)
