One thing to keep in mind is that for most of the world dairy
= goat milk. Goats are easy to keep, and provide plenty of
milk for one family, and can be kept in a "back yard" size
area. Not that I am going to advocate you all buy a goat, but
we need to remember that our dependance on bovine
products is not a worldwide phenomenon -- unless you are
discussing abm :-(
