Dear Kathleen,

There are a few blood tests that can be run to evaluate for the etiology of
failed lactogenesis. They are: TSH, prolactin, HcG and testosterone. I am
not aware of wellbutrin affecting prolactin levels but doesn't mean we can't
document a first. IN light of the recent lactnet discussions, you may also
consider obtaining a B12 level.

of Four Case Studies,” Journal of Midwifery & Women's Health, 2004;2:
132-137.
