I can also share an example of this extreme type of stooling pattern. My own
granddaughter had very few stools, and when she did they contained very
little milk curds. Her stools were essentially golden colored thick water to
paste, and usually one large stool like this every 6-8 days. It was quite
concerning in the early days because she was 5#8 at delivery at 37 weeks,
and quite jaundiced. Fortunately a friend/LC was able to reassure us. She
went on to be jaundiced until a few days after she turned 2 months, but
continued to grow, void lots and do well.  She'll be 1 the last day of this
month, loves her "ninnys", and wouldn't have a clue what a bottle was for!
