OK  They are not problems, but there is a problem with them, somewhere.  
First mom with six week old baby, c-section.  MILK IS NOT COMING IN!!!! 
We've pumped, breast compression, SNS.  Hasn't helped.  mom is overweight, 
wound is not closing,  looks like it healed open!

Second couple -  baby is hypertonic, recessed chin, high palate.  SNS working 
against gravity, baby soesn't get any more breastmilk than if he doesn't have 
to work as hard.  Finger feeding didn't do anythig for him, and her milk isn't in 
strongly either - she's not getting stimulated enough, i'm sure.  She does have 
five other breastfed babies. she can make milk, he's not.

Sorry this sounds so choppy.  I've tried sending this several tims and I keep 
hitting the cancel button!
