Personally, I would consider the herbs in Airborne completely safe as  
it contains the basic herbs in chinese yin chiao--Lonicera  
(honeysuckle), Forsythia, Schizonepeta--and has ginger, echinacea,  
chinese vitex and isatis added. I would never take this product,  
however, and would not consider it safe for anyone, b/c I do not  
believe that artificial sweeteners are safe. It contains splenda and  
acesulfame potassium. The mom would be much better off taking yin chiao.
