Dear Pam, I agree with everything you said so eloquently.

 I think this is a factor few consider.

In the early days my 2 rules are 1. feed the baby.
2. Keep the milk moving  by whatever means (baby, hands, pump, warm shower,
drip  cups, toddler, dad :-)
