I have just been asked to testify (tomorrow) on behalf of a bill supporting a woman's right to 
breastfeed in any public place. I am interested in any suggestions you have, or any experiences any 
of you have had getting legislation passed.  The senate is bent on having the word "discreetly" 
inserted; last year this version failed. After all, I do live in Kansas....
