I think basic testing for Hep B and HIV in the donating mother would be the
safest idea.  Even though baby gets Hep B vaccine there could still be a
chance that the virus would get past  while antibodies are building.  I
mean the shot doesn't give a baby instant antibodies, they  have to
develop. And of course there is no vaccine or cure for HIV.   Sincerely,
