Diane,

I have no idea what *I, personally,* would do.  One thing I might consider is
to pump and pasturize my own milk.......otherwise I would probably just
breastfeed and let life and whatever take its course.  It is so hard for me
to imagine having a child and not bf......and there is so much to consider as
far as the research so far....
