She probably means hypertonic saline, but whether hypo or hyper, saline
is not an issue for breastfeeding.  The amount of sodium i n the milk is
finely regulated, inversely proportional to the lactose, so no matter
how much sodium is in mom's veins, the milk will not have too much.
