The Milk Banks heat human milk up to minimum of 56 degrees C for 30 minutes.
 Following heat processing, the milk is cooled to 4 degrees in an ice slurry
.  Thawed, heat processed milk can be stored sealed for up to 72 hours at 4
degrees C.  It does kill HIV virus.  Yes, some of the immunological
properties are killed, but there still is many other good properties that are
much more beneficial to infants than formula (that has nothing).
