I agree with Jay about the iron enriched formulas causing constipation
in *some* babies.  There are studies which deny this, but *some*
babies may not make the study significant.  The only babies I see who
are truly constipated are on iron enriched formulas.  We still have
some perspective here because the Canadian Pediatric Society only sold
out...sorry, I mean, changed their position on the iron issue a few
years ago, and thus there are still lots of formula feeding women who
use low iron formulas.
