When Kristi Tullis and I worked on her presentation of this, we went
with fruit, in order to retain the connection with food.

Grape, small cherry tomato and full sized tomato were used by Kristi.
She also did a 'game' whereby the people at the presentation got a small
bowl of fruits and had to pick out the right sizes.

You could email her for her presentation details - she posted in here on
it, and the search engine will find her and the offer, I'd imagine!

I don't want to think of Easter(favorite holiday) every time I think of the stomach size of the baby. Any ideas in place of the plastic Easter egg to show the same size?
