Several years ago, a woman came to my office to
purchase a breastpump and single kit so that she could
collect milk for her baby when she returned to work.
In our conversation, she told me of Poland Syndrome,
something that I had never seen or encountered. This
condition is not well covered in the usual BF sources.
She had nursed her baby excliusively for six weeks and
had every intention and the confidence to continue
breastfeeding.
